Andalucía is the region of Southern Spain that offer visitors extremely varied nature, from golden beaches to mountain ranges with their highly interesting fauna, and the famous “white villages” and with their rich culture.  Andalucía is a region of great traditions and the “mother” of the Spanish folklore.

There is an abundance of leisure, cultural, historic and culinary experiences available within walking distance. Just an 45min/hour drive from Finca Parrilla, guests can visit Granada’s Alhambra, Malaga and Alcazabe, Marbella’s old town, Puerto Banus. and the most beautiful beaches in the South of Spain. The beaches of Nerja are located only 5 minutes away from the estate and the village of Frigiliana can be reached by car in less than 3 minutes. Frigiliana has an average year- round temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
Frigiliana village overlooks the Mediterranean Sea with beaches, coves and cliffs that create a fantastic backdrop for your holiday. The village has won several national awards for beautification and is famous for its charming cobblestone streets, and the mix of Moorish heritage and strong presence of the Catholic, Arabic and Jewish culture.

Nerja with its 13 km of beaches offers an excellent range of leisure activities (diving, canoeing, golf, fishing, water skiing, horse-riding, jet skiing, tennis etc) and wonderful culinary experiences. In the area between Parilla and Nerja are the famous Nerja caves dating back 5 million years.

Granada, the Moorish Jewel,  is located at the foot of snowy Sierra Nevada mountain range. It’s a must-see. The most outstanding is certainly the great Arabian palace Alhambra and the Generalife garden.

Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus are all accessible and excellent suggestions for day trips during your stay at Finca Parrilla.
